If you’ve been wanting dedicated time for stillness, clarity, and deep connection to the Karma Kagyu lineage presentation of Mahamudra, this one day retreat offers a chance to learn directly from Khenpo Karma Tenkong at our Shambhala Meditation Center. It is our pleasure to welcome back Khenpo to St. Petersburg Shambhala for a day of teaching and practice.

Khanpo will be teaching on Shamatha Mahamudra

Shamatha (calm abiding) can help us to settle a busy, scattered mind.

Mahamudra: In the Mahamudra tradition, basic calm abiding serves as the springboard for recognizing the natural, unelaborated, and fresh nature if the mind.  Mahamudra teachings show us how to rest in the ordinary, clear present-moment awareness.

Khenpo Karma Tenkyong will lead us through these teachings.
